We post up at the home, workplace, or another known location and wait for the right window — logging every observation along the way so your file is ready if the service is ever challenged.
What We Provide
On-Location Surveillance
An agent posted at a known address — home, workplace, or another verified location — watching during the windows you tell us the subject is most likely to appear.
Time-Stamped Attempt Logs
Every observation, vehicle sighting, and attempt is logged with time and location, giving you a clean record to support a declaration of diligence if needed.
Immediate Service on Contact
The moment the subject is confirmed, our agent completes personal service on the spot and documents it the same way we document every serve.
When Stakeout Service Is Recommended
- The subject knows about the case and is actively avoiding service
- Several prior attempts at the same address have come up empty
- A deadline is approaching and you want one more serious push before service by publication
- You know the address or workplace, but the timing of past attempts has been off
- You need a documented record of diligence to support a motion or declaration
PRICING
Pricing is based on duration and number of locations.
Stakeout 2 Hours in Los Angeles — $250.
- Extended Stakeout (up to 4 hrs) — $450
- Half Day Stakeout (up to 6 hrs) — $600
- Additional Time beyond block — $115/hr
- Second Location surcharge — +$75
The process serving fee is billed separately from the stakeout time. If personal service is completed during the booked window, the standard process serving fee ($97.99) applies in addition to the stakeout price.
What We Need from You
- Full legal name (and known aliases, if any)
- Known address(es) — home and/or workplace
- Best known schedule or time windows
- Vehicle description / plate, if known
- A recent photo, if available
- Documents to be served and any deadline
Important Notes & Limitations
- Stakeout service does not guarantee the subject will appear during the booked window
- Time is billed regardless of outcome, consistent with standard surveillance-service practice
- The process serving fee is billed separately from the stakeout time — if personal service is completed during the booked window, the standard process serving fee ($97.99) applies in addition to the stakeout price
- We do not perform background investigations or evidence-gathering surveillance; that work requires a licensed private investigator
